No they are DOT and ECE R22.05 approved.
I own a 3/4 novelty helmet from the 70's, can I install this Bonanza Helmet Liner Kit into that helmet?
No , the comfort liner is made specifically for our helmets.
Can you mount a bluetooth headset to your helmets?
Yes, the Gringo, Gringo S, and Lane Splitter helmets come with recessed ear pockets so you can fit a system into the helmet.
Can I special order a custom color?
No, We do not have the ability to do one off custom helmets. You can contact us at [email protected] and we can recommend painters who are familiar with painting our helmets.
Do you still have any Novelty 3/4 helmets?
Nope! But we still make a 3/4 helmet called the Bonanza that is DOT approved.
How can I tell if my helmet is Gen 1 or Gen 2?

Can I fully remove the shield from the Gringo S / Lane Splitter helmet?
Yes if you want to use the helmet without a shield that is no problem.
How long of a lifespan do you recommend for your helmets before replacing?
We would recommend no longer than 5 years before getting a new helmet.
I want to custom paint my helmet, are there any kinds of paint I should stay away from to ensure the integrity of my helmet?
Most paints will be fine and not cause any damage to the helmet. We recommend any type of auto paint just to be safe.
